Steve Dillard Crew Chief & Owner Steve is the owner, crew chief and "head coach" of the Dillard Racing Team. He oversees the entire race team in every aspect; there is not a part of Dillard Racing that he is not involved in. Teresa Dillard Team Manager & Co-Owner Teresa is responsible for planning and directing the team, monitoring all safety equipment, planning and scheduling events as well as controlling the team's finances. Robbie Barwick Technical Support/Sponsor Robbie provides support and maintenance assistance for the engine. He also sponsors the parts to upkeep the boat and engine. Jerry Jensen "Wing Man" Jerry provides all-around team support. He assists in launching the boat, weigh-ins, prep work and driving to races. Lee Daniel Co-Pilot "Radio Man" With over 20 years of experience as a driver himself, Lee assists in directing Brent on the race course. With limited vision in the cockpit for the driver, he is the 'big eyes' for the course, letting the driver know where other boats or obstacles are on the race course. Lee also gives advice on driving techniques. Mike Wienandt Engineer/Technical Support/Advisor Mike builds the engines that push Vivrant Thing to the front! He has built the Dillard Racing Team's engines for the past 10 years. He provides tech support of the entire computer system as well as advising on the setups of the boat. John Foran John assist the crew chief in making sure the vivrant thing is ready to go. He has a hand in all aspects. He also is one of the team mentor. Fred Daniell Fred helps with the launches, weigh ins, prep work and provides overall team support where needed.
